REFUND POLICY

At Rosie Lane, we aim to make shopping seamless and stress-free, including the return and refund process. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You may return your order within 30 days of purchase, provided all tags are still attached and the item is unused and in its original condition.

2. Easy Returns

To start a return, please email us at info@rosie-lane.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the return reason
  • (Optional) Photos if the item is damaged or faulty

We will guide you through the return process. All approved returns must be sent to our central warehouse for inspection and processing. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We will respond within 1 business day with instructions and the return address.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

For full-priced items, you may choose:

  • A full refund
  • A free exchange

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Once your return is received and inspected, compensation will be issued within 5 to 10 business days.

Items purchased at full price will be refunded to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders

If your order is damaged, incorrect (wrong item, color, or size), or lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In most cases, you will not need to return the item. We will review the situation and provide a fair solution.

6. Return Address

Rosie Lane operates with dedicated return facilities to ensure a faster and more efficient return process. The return address depends on the country you are located in — after you contact us with a return request, we will provide you with the nearest warehouse address.

7. Returns Not Accepted

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The product was delivered correctly and is not faulty
  • You have changed your mind
  • The item shows signs of use or the tags have been removed
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

8. How to Start a Return

Email info@rosie-lane.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and (optional) photos or videos if relevant. We will respond within 1 business day with the next steps.

9. Chargeback & Refund Policy

We are happy to assist with returns and refunds where applicable. However, if a chargeback has been opened with your bank or payment provider, we are unable to process any return or refund while the dispute is active due to the risk of double reimbursement.

If you would like to proceed with a return or refund directly with us, we kindly ask that you first cancel the chargeback with your bank. Once the chargeback has been closed, we will gladly assist you further.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placement. After this time, orders are automatically processed and cannot be modified or canceled.

For cancellations, contact info@rosie-lane.com immediately with your order number. Please note that a 25% cancellation fee will be applied to cover operational and staff costs associated with processing your order.
